[welmac-org] Committee meeting - CHANGE OF VENUE

Rethinking plans: we probably won’t fit everything and everyone into Andrew and Andrea’s dining room.

Peter and Judy have agreed to host us for this committee meeting, which will give us more space.

For those who haven’t been to his place before or recently, the address is 25a Elliot St, Johnsonville (in the section behind Onslow College). It is best if most people park on the street: Graeme will be bringing extra equipment and can park up the driveway, and we could fit one other car but they would have to leave in the opposite order.

I already have confirmation from Peter, Andrew and Shane, and I’ll contact Graeme directly in case he doesn’t read his email in time.

How is everyone else placed?

Shane will be bringing Andrew and Andrea. Andrew and Andrea already had food for tomorrow so can bring it (sausage rolls cooked in advance, might just need to be reheated), which means I don’t need the fallback option of buying chocolate biscuits tonight. Shane will also bring the silver case with long Ethernet + Airport base station + extension cord + plug box.
