[welmac-org] Committee meeting on Thursday 8th

I've now heard back from Rogan: either 8th or 15th is OK with them, and since I have a cold I'm not able to be there on the 8th without being a serious risk to Rogan's health. We will therefore have the committee meeting on Thursday 15th.
