<http://welmac.org.nz/meetings.htm#Meet_and_Greet> has details: Sat,
22nd Nov drop in anytime 1-5pm - it is in the same place as the
normal WelMac meetings in Wellington - Turnbull House on Bowen St
(opposite the beehive). A short walk from the train, and on a
Saturday afternoon - so hopefully less time pressure. We also welcome
the kids and grand-kids for a movie - we'll feed them and keep them
busy - leaving you to relax and talk with others. Please do click
RSVP on the event page and fill in details if you're coming.

If you have a non-Apple keyboard then it may have a num-lock button
otherwise Control+Shift+clear (clear is next to the equals button -
right where the numlock button is on my non-Apple keyboard) toggles
Num-lock in Microsoft Office products (Excel etc). That may be it?
