[WelMac] Hello Muggers (Mac User Group)

Hi Guys

I'm Jun Tan, and i am staying here in Manukau City. just came in
recently from the philippines.  I am also a member of a mac group in
manila called www.philmug.ph

Aside from my first Mac experience with a clone Apple IIe (remember
the time we just use a take recorder to install games) I recently
bought last oct my first mac in my adut life a macbook  2.0ghz CoreDuo
white upgraded it to 2 gb ram

Last summer our church had our vacation bible school and I used my mac
to produced the multimedia presentation using garage band iMovie idvd
Iphoto. for the past few months I refrained my self from using PCs so
i can fully use my mac and its ins and outs.
as a new kiwi i jsut have my macbook to communicate using my old usb
modem and entertaiment center playing dvds and music when alone in the
room.

instead of ipod i use my nokia 3110c to transfer some mp3s and listen
there.  I also use a 500gb iOmega external desktop harddrive

What i wish for my next birthday is a 17 inch Imac for my family.

BTW you should listen to how my 3 year old son call this "macbook".
his favorites are photo booth where he literally takes picture by
himself. then the Big bang boeard games. what he like there is when it
says "cha-cha"

I have an apple care for my macbook but my first question is where can
i find apple service center here in NZ?
