[welmac-org] Confirmation of filing date for accounts

Hi Folks

Just got an email back from the Companies office: we must file our 
accounts by 31 March, not 28 February.

They had some teething trouble with a new system resulting in 
premature reminders and filing dates. In future the normal filing 
date will be at the end of the month after the one in which the AGM 
is held.

I'll print out the email messages and present them as correspondence 
at the next committee meeting.
